For over 10 years at FGF, Lori Procher has been a highly engaged and innovative Chief People Officer. She has spearheaded initiatives to build an excellent company culture and develop the Company’s best assets – the people who make it happen. A passion for building a great team and a dedication to supporting the organization’s work toward its vision of “Becoming the World’s Greatest Baker” continue driving Lori.
Prior to joining FGF, Lori had a long and successful career with the Manpower Group of Companies, a global workforce solutions provider recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies. There she led the Canadian Organization, where she drove revenue and efficiencies with an uncanny ability to connect with people and help them unleash their full potential.
Lori recognizes that speed, change, and uncertainty have become the norms of today’s business world.
