We wanted to thank our community for continued support of Joblio and human rights around the world. Joblio’s mission to set a new global standard in the ethical and efficient relocation of global migrant workers wouldn’t be possible without your contributions.
Over the past year, we’ve achieved a number of milestones worth celebrating. In addition to closing a $4 million seed round in funding, the Joblio team has released a Know Your Rights guidebook for migrant labourers everywhere. We have also released an introductory video to ensure the Joblio Standard gains fast recognition around the globe.
Jon Purizhansky: The Joblio team has been growing at a dizzying pace. This past year, we were eager to welcome Stephen Schueler, CEO of Enerjen Capital, to our valued board of advisors. We were also thrilled to announce that Rebecca Churchill, president and CEO of Churchill Communications & Marketing, has joined our roster of international advisors. These experts will provide invaluable guidance as we move forward and make the world a better place.
2021 also saw Joblio expand into the international arena like never before. In addition to presenting at the prestigious Investment in Sustainable Development Conference hosted by the CC Forum in Cote d’Azu, we also unveiled a strategic partnership with ICEJ to champion human rights. With our new friends at the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem, we’ll better serve vulnerable populations who are on the move in search of work across the world.
All the while, we’ve been raising awareness about the plight of migrant labourers everywhere. By disseminating authoritative guidance on community management for migrant workers and recognizing the humanity of migrants, we’ve developed a popular blog to build our platform’s brand.
After being honored by the Abrahamic Business Circle earlier this year, we’ve dedicated myself to building the best organization possible. What we quickly realized is that the talents and insights of our international partners and Joblio team members are an endless source of innovation that can help us achieve our mutual goals. we’d like to sincerely thank each and every one of you.
We’re only just getting started – as Thanksgiving and the 2022 New Year approach, the Joblio team will be hard at work delivering sorely needed reform to the global migrant labour industry. We wish you the happiest of holidays and warm encouragement as we head into a cold winter.
